The Course:-
This is an introductory course providing information on
the need for Production Planning and Control and the
inter-relationship with other areas of activity within Companies,
including Sales, Purchasing, Quality, Budgetary Control and
methods of operation.
Who should attend:-
Those who will assume responsibility for the
administrative aspects of Production Control or be involved in the
routine clerical activities, also production personnel responsible
for practical operation in manufacturing areas.
Pre-requisites:-
None - the course starts from basic principles and is
suitable for personnel new to the disciplines involved.
