This course looks at the basic requirements which small companies should address in respect of their operating practices and environment to ensure the Health and Safety of their employees.

Owners, Managers of small companies with responsibility for the Health and Safety Policy of their Company.

No previous knowledge is required; the course deals with the basic requirements in a simple, easy to understand manner.

The requirements of current legislation as applicable to small organisations are examined and the approach to developing and implementing a suitable Policy is discussed. Aspects covered include Risk Assessment, Hazard Control, Accident
Prevention. A short, multiple-choice examination is conducted and successful candidates receive the CIEH certificate.
