Purpose:-

These courses, which provide alternatives to the IRCA Certificated course Q3, are structured to provide an acceptable level of theoretical and practical training in the techniques of Quality System Auditing to assist in the appreciation of the purpose and process of Internal Auditing for both auditors and those audited. The 2-day course expands the practical activities and includes "live" auditing, providing valuable experience for beginners. A Certificate of Attendance, acceptable to Registration Bodies as evidence of training, is provided.

Who should attend?:-

Those who will be required to conduct Internal Audits as well as personnel responsible for the management and supervision of Quality Management Systems and others who will be involved in the auditing of systems in accordance with the requirements of Quality Management standards such as ISO 9001:2000.

The courses are primarily intended for "in-house" presentation.

          None.

Personnel attending the courses will gain knowledge of the requirements of Quality Standards, ISO 9001:2000 in particular and the benefits of the operation of  a Quality Management System.

•     Auditing Terminology
•     Preparation for Auditing (2-day course includes Audit Plan creation)
•     System Document Review and Adequacy Audits
•     The creation and use of checklists *
•     Conducting Compliance Audits* (2-day course includes "live" auditing)
•     Audit Reports and Corrective Action Requests *
•     System Review and Continual Improvement.
•     Policy Review and Revised Objectives (2-day course)

NB: The courses address the differences between ISO 9001:1994 and
ISO 9001:2000 and focuses on the "Process Approach."
