The course guides delegates in addressing all relevant aspects of the Standard and is structured to assist participants in taking all appropriate steps as follows:-Duration:-The course also familiarises participants with the conduct of:-
- Identify all the processes within the organisation
- Develop Company Policy and Objectives
- Draft a Quality Manual and the appropriate Procedures and other documents needed
- Identify the most suitable Assessment Body.
- Submit a Request for Quotation.
- Make Application for Assessment.
- Agree with the Assessment Body whether a preliminary visit should be carried out.
- Implement Actions in preparation for the Assessment visit.
Also discussed is the process and fee structure for Registration and subsequent Surveillance.
