PREPARATION FOR ASSESSMENT
The Course:-
The course is structured to help companies seeking Registration
through Independent Third Party Assessment to achieve a satisfactory result.
Who should attend:-
Senior personnel and Quality practitioners with direct responsibility
for the creation and implementation of a Quality Management System within
Companies seeking registration.
Pre-requisites:-
Participants should have attended our Foundation Course (Q1) or
one of the advanced courses or have already created a Quality System to satisfy
the appropriate Standard.
Content:-
The course guides delegates in addressing all relevant aspects
of the Standard and is structured to assist participants in taking all
appropriate steps as follows:-
- Identify all the processes within the organisation
- Develop Company Policy and Objectives
- Draft a Quality Manual and the appropriate Procedures and other
documents needed
- Identify the most suitable Assessment Body.
- Submit a Request for Quotation.
- Make Application for Assessment.
- Agree with the Assessment Body whether a preliminary visit should
be carried out.
- Implement Actions in preparation for the Assessment visit.
The course also familiarises participants with the conduct of:-
- The purpose and conduct of Pre-Assessment visits
- The Opening and Closing Meetings.
- The Assessment Proper.
Also discussed is the process and fee structure for Registration and subsequent
Surveillance.
