The Course:-

This is an advanced course for those wishing to gain an in-depth knowledge of creation and use of Quality Plans, defining the approach to specific contracts, projects, products and services.

Management Personnel, Quality Practitioners and Production/Service Personnel with responsibilities for creating and utilising Quality Plans in the control of activities relating to individual contracts.

Personnel should have attended the preliminary course Q1, advanced course Q2 or have a detailed knowledge of their Company's Quality Management System.

The course deals with information gathering and presentation and covers the following topics in detail:-

• Contract Review
• Quality Plan format and content
• Issue control and amendment
• Customer contact and approval of plans
• Relationship with Inspecting Authorities

Where appropriate, participants can bring their own Quality Plans to be used as examples.
